Curing-Free Cement Stabilized Macadam Technology (FCC, Free Curing Concrete) can achieve 90% of its strength within 2–4 days. Construction of the upper asphalt structural layer can be carried out directly after 3 days. It rapidly reaches the traffic opening strength required for conventional cement stabilized macadam in a closed environment, and its slow strength development at later stages prevents cracking.
1.FCC additive: It adopts ionic charge and polyether particles to adsorb on the surface of cement particles so as to achieve early strength and mass water reduction effects.

2、Curing-free cement stabilized macadam: It features no requirement for 7-day moisture curing, traffic opening within 24 hours, cost savings, lower traffic safety risks and crack prevention.

FCC additive: Dosage is 10% by mass of cement.
Curing-free cement stabilized macadam can be obtained by adding FCC additive into cement.
