High-temperature mix-type epoxy asphalt is a thermosetting material that cannot be reversed and will not melt at high temperatures. It is formed by adding epoxy resin and curing agent into asphalt, achieving full blending and curing reaction. The mixing temperature of the mixture is 170~185℃.
The high-temperature mix-type epoxy asphalt material innovatively developed by our company features high strength, great toughness, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and favorable temperature stability. The two-stage reactive epoxy resin used as bonding layer delivers excellent interlayer bonding performance and corrosion resistance.

2、Epoxy asphalt consists of epoxy resin base agent, curing agent and base asphalt. It forms an "island-sea structure" system in which epoxy resin serves as the continuous phase and asphalt as the dispersed phase. This structure greatly improves various pavement performances of asphalt and extends the workable time to 2.5 hours.
