LURA asphalt rejuvenator is a pavement recycling material. It fully dissolves and disperses asphaltenes in aged asphalt and adjusts the proportion of each component of aged asphalt to improve the performance of aged asphalt. By introducing special polymers with reinforcing effects, it enhances the pavement performance of recycled mixtures and greatly increases the utilization rate of reclaimed asphalt materials.
1. Excellent Regeneration Effect
The product features strong diffusion and penetration capacity. It can penetrate into aged asphalt to dissolve and decompose asphaltenes. Rich in aromatic phenols, it effectively replenishes the missing components in aged asphalt. It can restore the penetration and softening point of aged base asphalt to the levels of original asphalt, with low‑temperature ductility recovering by over 90%.
2. Superior Reinforcement Performance
The LURA rejuvenator formula incorporates reinforcing resin, which significantly improves the resistance to water damage and low‑temperature cracking of recycled asphalt mixtures.
