Polyester fiber is produced through blending, spinning, anti-aging treatment, surface lipophilic treatment, chopping and other processes using modified polyester chips. Featuring high strength and modulus, good heat resistance, excellent thermal stability and favorable compatibility with asphalt, polyester fiber can increase the tensile, shear and impact strength of asphalt concrete, and greatly improve the performance quality of asphalt pavements. It endows asphalt concrete with advantages such as high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, fatigue resistance, water stability, strong anti-slip performance and low traffic noise.
